Cam Gallagher
Mr. Cam Gallagher serves as the sole Managing Director of Nerveda, LLC, a life science seed fund he founded in June 2009. Mr. Gallagher is acting as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Neurelis, Inc, a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company in San Diego, California.
Previously, Mr. Gallagher served as President andChief Executive Officer of Nerveda, Inc., a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company in San Diego, California from September 2007 to June 2009. From December 2004 to June 2007, Mr. Gallagher served in various senior marketing positions of increasing responsibility at Verus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company in San Diego, California.
He served as Vice President of Marketing for Verus Pharmaceuticals. From 1992 to 2004, he served a variety of positions within commercial operations with increasing levels of responsibility at Dura Pharmaceuticals and CV Therapeutics. He co-founded DioGenix, Inc., in September 2008 and has been its Chairman of the Board since September 2008.
He has been a Director of Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. since September 6, 2012. Mr. Gallagher holds an M.B.A. from the University of San Diego and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Ohio University.
