Jorge Félix

Jorge Felix is Ph.D in Social Sciences and MSc in Political Economy (Catholic University of Sao Paulo). He is a population ageing researcher at PUC (Catholic University of Sao Paulo), professor at Sao Paulo University (Gerontology), Center for Studies on Longevity Economy - coordinator. He was the first Brazilian researcher on population ageing to study the Longevity Economy (or Silver Economy) and to publish on this subject (2007). He is the author of the book "Viver Muito" (Ed. Leya). His academics papers on the subject have been presented at national and international events. He was a jury member of several national and international awards. Commentator at TV Globo.
