Seema Sutradhar

Seema is a seasoned leader in the banking compliance space. She is a generalist - a strategic IT BRM, a process expert and a culture sense-maker. Having honed her craft on the job through various roles with corporates for 18 years, she founded the RegTech startup SEEM, an IT consultancy business. Her solution is entirely out of the box that solves the challenges for global systemically important banks in complying with regulations. She understands the problem of fragmentation and silos in the banks and thus addresses the difficulties caused by them in meeting the goals in Credit Risk decisions, AML, Regulatory Reporting, Control Monitoring & Testing, Regulatory Change Management, Compliance Advisory & Policy Development. Her deeper understanding of organisational culture and resistance to change led her to design this massive change thru movement and not a mandate from the management.
