Yolanda You

Yolanda You was born in Shanghai, China. After graduating with a Master Degree on Mechatronics, she joined TRW, spending the first year in Shirley, Birmingham, UK on bringing the knowhow on FSM (Functional Safety Management) of safety critical components (EPB, EPS, etc) to China.

Yolanda spent around four and half years working in/with various roles at TRW. During this time, she gained a wide range of chassis and safety related experience in areas such as electronic brake systems, electronic powered steering and airbag control unit.
