Wilfred Jaeger
Wilfred began his medical career in private practice. He was subsequently recruited by Chec Medical, a venture capital-backed ambulatory care startup in Seattle. Later, in 1989, following business school, he began venture investing with Phoenix Partners. He has since been an early-stage investor in numerous successful biotechnology, healthcare service, and medical device companies. He has served on the boards of many private and public healthcare companies. Wilf ranked first in his class at the University of British Columbia where he earned a BS in Biology. He received his MD from the University of British Columbia School of Medicine. He has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
