Phillip Milgram

Phillip M Milgram M.D. has been practising Addiction Medicine since 1990 and believes in blending the best of allopathic and alternative medicine to achieve the best outcomes in patient care. He is a member of the attending staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital, in La Jolla. and former Assistant Clinical Professor and Clinical Instructor at the UCSD Medical Center, where he has taught over 200 seminars.
