A Physician/Paediatrician and Specialist in Pharmaceutical Medicine, working in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in a variety of global roles. Managing research and development from discovery to registration and launch, including early phase to post marketing/medical affairs activities (phase IV, Investigator Initiated Studies, registries) as well as paediatric drug development. Worked in two different global files for the FDA, EMA and PMDA, as well as various Type II variations and new indications, as part of life cycle management of a product.
Experience across different therapeutic areas such as HIV, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, metabolic syndrome, migraine, immune-inflammation (ie psoriasis, arthritis, lupus) and with focus in a variety of rare diseases (ie lysosomal storage diseases [LSDs], neuro LSDs, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), primary immunodeficiency and homozygous hypercholesterolemia). Currently focusing on Gene therapy.
