Bruno Correia
Bruno Correia completed his PhD at the Instituto de Tecnologia Quimica e Biologica-Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Portugal). In his thesis research work he applied and developed several computational methods to design novel functional proteins. Bruno Correia joined the EPFL’s Institute of Bioengineering in 2015 as a Assistant Professor. He is conducting innovative research in a new field called immunoengineering. The aim is to use computer technology to design new proteins that could help in the development of new vaccines and therapeutics.
