Chris Green

Chris Green MP is a Conservative Party politician in the United Kingdom. Chris was first elected at the 2015 General Election and was re-elected in 2017. The constituency includes Atherton, Westhoughton, Blackrod, Horwich, Heaton, Lostock and Smithills. Prior to entering Parliament, he worked as an engineer in the Mass Spectrometry industry for nearly twenty years. Having been elected on to the Science and Technology Select Committee, Chris promoted the importance of our innovative industries to secure the high-tech jobs in Britain and the North West. Chris Green serves as the Secretary on the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Artificial Intelligence (APPG AI).
