Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) help patients with injuries, disabilities, or illnesses work in recovering and improving skills for daily living. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work with an occupational therapist (OT) in developing and executing treatment plans for patients that can include teaching proper movements, advice on best ways to stretch for proper recovery, record progress, and provide feedback to the OT.
