The mission of the UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Center is to advance the understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias through comprehensive patient evaluations and cutting-edge research. The Alzheimer’s Disease Center has a competitive pilot program and awards two pilot grants each year. This program enables both new and established investigators to generate pilot data that can be used to advance Alzheimer’s research and enhance their ability to be competitive for extramural grants.
