The Center for Alzheimer's Disease Assistance mission is to help provide early diagnosis and enhance the quality of life for people living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia or dementia disorders in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island. As one of only 10 centers in New York State, supported in part by a grant from New York State Department of Health, they aim to serve everyone in the community in the most effective and comfortable way possible.
