The Prostate Cancer Unit at Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, Milan, provides comprehensive multidisciplinary care to prostate cancer patients referring to the oncologic center with the longest tradition in Italy. Starting in 2005, our interdisciplinary and multiprofessional team offers a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to prostate cancer patients at all stages. The core team, which includes urologic surgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, and pathologists, works in synergy with the non core team composed of imaging specialists, experts in palliative and supportive care, dedicated psychologists and experts in rehabilitation
