Agencija INT d.o.o. is a modern translation agency. We are developing an efficient and reliable translation management system – TAIA (translation artificial intelligence assistant). Our aim is to make translations faster, safer and simpler for companies and individuals. The traditional process of ordering translations is complicated and hand managed - on average a minimum of 13 e-mails are exchanged to complete a project, which makes it prone to errors and safety issues. It is also time-consuming - it takes up to several hours or even days to receive even a price estimate, and therefore, also more expensive - due to lack of automation, a high number of personnel involved and out-of-date translation software, the prices of translating documents are relatively high. TAIA is a cloud-based translation management system that improves quality, speed and efficiency of document translation with an automated workflow and AI supported translation tools. Because of automated document analysis, project time speeds up. All the communication between the Agency and translators goes on inside the application. Thus, no e-mails are exchanged between Agency and translators, which means that no e-mails are sent to wrong inboxes. TAIA also has an integrated translation tool that allows more translators to work on the same project at the same time using the same terminology (translation memory). Consequently, it lowers translation time as well as costs of translation because all translations are stored in a translation memory.
