The patent-pending software is a modular platform that delivers relevant content based on the specific disease and the care setting (i.e. ICU, inpatient rehab, home, etc.) The personalRN StrokeApp is the company's first product with the aim of reducing the $17.4B annual expenditure on preventable 30-day readmissions (90% of which can be reduced with proper inpatient education, compliance follow-up & coordination of care). The company will we'll leverage the artificial intelligence utilized with StrokeApp to target other diagnosis, including heart attacks, heart failure, pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, joint replacements, high-risk pregnancies, etc.
