HealthComms is a software company focused on the development of technology and software facilitating in-home care for aging populations. MyHomeReach™ is a SAASbased application designed to support communication and social interaction between care recipients and individuals in their community of care. These can include formal care providers, informal carers, family and friends, general practitioners or emergency services. The application is preferably delivered via a touch-screen device. MyHomeReach captures activities of daily living, wellness data, as well as medication reminders. HealthComms is partnering with healthcare providers and social monitoring service providers to deliver MyHomeReach. The company is currently working with state and private organisations to deliver MyHomeReach in Ireland, France and Australia.
