It aims to build and grow a multi-sector business in financial services and investment, real estate development, construction materials, health services, food, environment, government contracting. The group has significantly contributed to community development through a number of educational and training institutions. It has recently established a CSR department to pursue the implementation of a wide range of social development projects. Saleh Kamel founded the group in 1969 in Jeddah, Makkah.
