Acacia ^Companies

Acacia is a genus of about 160 species of trees and shrubs in the pea family (Fabaceae). Acacias are native to tropical and subtropical regions of the world, particularly Australia (where they are called wattles) and Africa. Acacia trees and shrubs are fast-growing thorny plants with unique fern-like leaves and showy clusters of fragrant yellow or white fuzzy flowers. The unusual feature of feathery acacia leaves is that they are a type of modified stem or petiole. Acacias have many uses in a garden landscape.
