The Foundation for Technological Innovation (FIT) is an organization that has been supporting startups since 1994. Their main goal is to encourage entrepreneurship and support innovation in various sectors such as energy and the environment, information and digital technology, life sciences and health, precision industries, and nutrition and agriculture. FIT provides financial assistance to creative and technological projects at different stages of development. In 2023, FIT supported 44 projects with a total amount of 4.85 million Swiss francs. Recently, FIT announced two new loans to Aspivix and Xemperia, supporting their innovative medical devices for gynecological procedures and breast cancer detection, respectively.
